Mark is the Owner of Provost Personal Training, a very successful personal training studio on the North Shore of Massachusetts. He is also a corporate speaker on Fitness, Nutrition and Motivation. Mark has presented his "Living Healthy: Energize Your Life" to many prestigious companies. Mark believes that his professional experience and education in Exercise, Nutrition and Motivational Psychology can contribute to a longer, happier and healthier life. Nutrition Tip # 3:

Eat Less, Move More! Believe it or not, this is how one loses weight. It is basic and boring, yet, effective and the only scientifically proven way to win the battle of the buldge. Diets do NOT work, healthy lifestyle changes do. The expression "Eat breakfast like a king; lunch like a queen and dinner like a pauper" is the secret to lifelong weight management.
